Below is the dreaded customer survey form that I usually delete or toss in the nearest waste paper basket. We’ve recently been educated on how important surveyed customer feed back is and how it allows us to target specific issues we may not know exist. So, here we are on the other side of the survey asking for a minute of your time to let us know how we have been of service to you. For those of you who don’t have a minute, please skip down to “9” after entering your name and email address for our “time lapse” survey. It isn’t very detailed, however it let’s us have positive or negative feedback in a flash.
